We’re looking for a Lead Software Engineer to take ownership of engineering delivery across client projects. This hands-on leadership role blends technical direction, team mentorship, and delivery accountability. You’ll collaborate closely with client engineering and product teams, helping to translate business requirements into reliable, scalable systems that move smoothly from design through to production.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engineering teams delivering full-stack solutions across backend and frontend components
- Mentor developers through code reviews, pairing, and day-to-day technical guidance
- Contribute to solution architecture and implement services using Python (FastAPI) and React
- Promote and maintain strong security and engineering standards across projects
- Manage deployments and infrastructure on Kubernetes within AWS or GCP environments
- Ensure delivery outcomes align with client expectations, scope, and timelines
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Proven experience as a team lead or technical lead within delivery-focused environments
- Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI) and React, with production implementation experience
- Skilled in Kubernetes and cloud environments (AWS and/or GCP)
- Confident communicator with experience engaging client or stakeholder teams
Desirable
- Background in consulting, professional services, or managed delivery contexts
- Experience working across multiple client or project environments
